It's rare for a niche grocery item to go viral—so when it does, we definitely pay attention. By now you've heard of (and likely tried) Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi , a product with such a cult following it's basically a nationwide pantry staple. But have you heard of its wildly underrated cousin,  sweet potato gnocchi?
